This classic model is carved from one piece of beech wood. The Coat of Arms of Armenia, which is a rendition of the emblem of the First Republic of Armenia (1918-1920), is engraved on one side. The Coat of Arms of the four royal dynasties of historic Armenia are depicted at the center of this national emblem. Coat of Arms of the Republic of Artsakh is engraved on one side of the backgammon. This state symbol depicts an eagle with its wings spread wide and wearing the crown of the Armenian Artashesyan (Artaxiads) dynasty. Sunrays radiate over the eagle’s head. Positioned in the center is a shield with the flag of Artsakh. The image of the famous "We are our Mountains" (Grandma and Grandpa) monument is engraved on the other side of the backgammon.

The other side of the backgammon is designed for the game of checkers. This model is completely handcrafted. It is varnished. The hinges and locks are made of cast bronze. The entire playing field is hand carved of one piece of wood.
