This unique model is made of plywood and beech wood. Engraved on this model is Mount Ararat, which is a national symbol of Armenia and is considered a "Holy Mountain." According to the Book of Genesis, after the flood, Noah's ark descended on Ararat. Ararat consists of two peaks. The traditional Armenian name for the greater peak is Masis (5165 M), and the smaller one is called Sis (3925 m).
This model is hand-processed. It is varnished. The hinges and locks are made of cast bronze. Letters and numbers are carved.
The set includes:
- 32 playing pieces, made of beech and walnut wood, with velvet fabric applied to bottom of each piece,
- Branded case.
